A Valentine's Day Card Trio

Today I'm coming at you with some quick card inspiration.  This Valentine's Day card trio was super easy to make and a great way to put some of that patterned paper to good use.  (For those of us that hoard paper, you know what I mean.)  

I found these adorable Valentine's Day themed paper packs at Michaels last year.  Does anybody else purchase craft supplies with full intention to make something and then get around to it about a year later? Please tell me I'm not the only one.  

Anyway, I also picked up a couple packs of these pre-made embellishments that make it super easy to decorate a card, especially if you're just starting out or have limited supplies.

I started by choosing a few coordinating patterns of paper and cut them into 1 inch strips.

Then, I decorated A2 sized card panels with the paper strips and added a simple premade embellishment to the center of each one.  And here's how they turned out.  What do you think?  Let me know in the comments. 😊
